Our Return Policy

Every item in our store is made to order, meaning your order is created just for you once you hit that checkout button — no dusty warehouse stock here!

Here’s how returns and replacements work 👇

📦 If something’s wrong
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, no worries! Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, attach a few photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

🚚 Lost packages
If your package never shows up, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if it’s confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order ASAP.

🏠 Wrong address or unclaimed packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t claimed, we can reship it once we confirm your correct details. Please note that reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Changed your mind?
Since everything is made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color changes. Be sure to check the size chart and product details before hitting “order” — it helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair.
